Music has always
been a great part of my life. As far back as I can remember my
brother and I were exposed to all kinds of music. My mother would
rock us to sleep at night with her beautiful soothing voice,
singing us into heavenly bliss.
I became
involved in film and television with acting roles on “Days of Our
Lives”, “General Hospital” and a number of episodic series. I
began writing and singing for feature films, TV and radio. A
number of my films are currently running on HBO, Cinemax, Showtime
& USA.”

While in Los Angeles I worked
closely with actor Martin Landau who directed me in the lead role
of the rock musical "Reach for the Stars" in which I wrote a
number of songs. I spent many hours in the studio providing the
speaking and singing voices for a number of Hanna Barbera cartoons
as well as commercials for radio and TV.
With such a successful
career why move back to R.I.? No matter how successful I became,
I always missed the closeness of my family.
As a child, my
father influenced me to never run away from an obstacle but rather
to embrace it completely as an exciting challenge, and my mother
taught me that music is the true expression of God's love in your
soul. That combination of desire, determination and faith has
carried me through every challenge. I find that when I’m standing
on the edge and a bit uncomfortable, and I could possibly fail
miserably, I’m also right at the point where I can create
something I never thought I was capable of.

"Using the
influences of blues, R&B, gospel, jazz and rock, this willowy
brunette, with the fragile appearance of a porcelain doll, knocks
listeners over with her powerfully soulful & sultry vocals and
electrifying stage presence!" -
